The Spire Mindfulness Activity Tracker tracks your breathing and gives you a gentle notification whenever you're tense and would benefit from taking a deep, slow breath. Just attach it to your waistband, belt, or bra (if you wear that sort of thing) and benefit from usable data like when you were calm, focused, or tense. As a bonus, the tracker also records your steps and calories burned like many other standard activity trackers. It holds about a 7-day charge, so you're good to go for a while before needing to use the included wireless charging pad. The tracker syncs to an app that also includes breathing exercises and meditation techniques to help you be more aware of what you're doing and how you're doing it.
