The Ice Baller

Designed by Vermont-based company Wintersmiths, The Ice Baller creates solid ice spheres, which are mind-blowing alternatives to airy, fast-melting, drink-ruining ice cubes. The baller is designed to directionally-freeze the ice to isolate and remove air bubbles and impurities. The result is a sphere that is 60mm (or almost 2.5") in diameter that melts incredibly slowly, thus chilling your drink longer, and diluting your beverage less. Beyond the sheer practicality of a long-lasting chilling ball to enhance your beverage, the sphere just looks amazingly cool in your glass and as the night wears on, you may end up just gazing at its beauty.

Features

  • Perfect for whiskey, scotch, rum, tequila, mixed and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Large size and shape keeps drinks colder, longer, and with less dilution
  • The surface area to volume ratio of a sphere is less than a cube, meaning it melts much slower
  • Employs directional-freezing to remove and isolate air bubbles and impurities
  • Removing air bubbles from the ice ball eliminates the risk of it breaking up in your drink
  • Built-to-last using durable food-grade materials
  • Made out of BPA-free plastic, FDA approved food-grade silicone, and stainless steel
  • Ice balls measure: 60mm/2.36" diameter
  • Measures: 7.25" H x 4" W
